By registering with the “Klatto” service and/or using its functionality on the website klatto.com, in the Telegram bot @bitiy_pixel_bot, or in the Telegram Mini App, the User (hereinafter, the “Data Subject”), in accordance with Article 9 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” dated 27.07.2006, freely, of their own will and in their own interest, consents to the processing of their personal data by the Operator.

02List of personal data covered by this consent
- Telegram account identifiers (Telegram ID, first name, last name, username, language, profile photo, phone number if available);
- email and identifiers in OAuth services (Google, VK, Yandex) when using the corresponding sign-in methods;
- payment and subscription information (without storing bank card details);
- user content: uploaded images, product description texts, prompts, generation results;
- technical data: IP address, device type, browser type and version, operating system, visit parameters, advertising tags (UTM, yclid, gclid and similar);
- data on activity and history of using the Service.
03Purposes of personal data processing
- providing access to the Service's functionality and rendering paid services;
- identifying the User, verifying access rights, and ensuring security;
- performing settlements and fulfilling obligations under the Public Offer;
- sending service notifications, informational and promotional messages;
- processing inquiries, providing technical support, handling complaints;
- analytics, statistical research, and improving the quality of the Service;
- fulfilling obligations imposed on the Operator by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
04List of actions with personal data
The Data Subject consents to the collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, changing), extraction, use, transfer (provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion and destruction of their personal data, using automation tools as well as without them.
05Transfer of personal data
The Operator has the right to transfer personal data to the following third parties solely for the purposes specified in item 3:
- the YooKassa payment system (NKO YooMoney LLC) — for processing payments;
- infrastructure providers (hosting providers);
- web analytics services (Yandex.Metrica);
- OAuth providers (Google, VK, Yandex) when the corresponding sign-in method is used;
- email delivery services — for service and marketing messages;
- authorized government bodies — upon their lawful request.
Cross-border transfer of personal data is not carried out, except in cases related to the Service's use of third-party technology platforms (Telegram, OAuth providers), of which the Subject is notified and agrees.
06Validity period of the consent and revocation procedure
This consent is valid from the moment it is given until it is revoked. The consent may be revoked by the Data Subject at any time by sending a written request to the Operator's e-mail: [email protected].
The Operator is obliged to stop processing personal data and destroy it within a period not exceeding 30 (thirty) days from the date the revocation is received, unless otherwise provided by the legislation of the Russian Federation (for example, for accounting and tax purposes data is stored for the periods established by law).
The Data Subject understands that revoking consent may result in the Service being unavailable in full or in part.
07Confirmation of consent
By starting to use the Service, registering an account, subscribing, or performing any other action within the Service, the Data Subject confirms that they have read this Consent, the Privacy Policy and the Public Offer, and accepts their terms.
